    Initiative IV

It is time to take a leadership role in the revitalization of the economy of Northwest Ohio.

The Toledo Science and Technology Corridor

The Toledo Science and Technology Corridor is based on a simple concept. Use research being developed at The University of Toledo to attract a critical mass of high-tech companies to a 10-square mile area bordering the campus. Leverage that expertise to encourage knowledge-based businesses to expand their operations.

It is time to make the Toledo Science and Technology Corridor a reality by enhancing the research capabilities of the university that is both its center and its heart.

The Complex for Business Learning and Engagement

The College of Business Administration at The University of Toledo knows what it takes to succeed - and a state-of-the-art facility for its students and faculty is high on its list of priorities. The Complex for Business Learning and Engagement will be hold with more than just classrooms and office space. It will be the place where seasoned professionals can interact with new colleagues - and business students can learn from industry leaders.
