If your event involves one of the following, please download and complete the Event Request Form:

• An event for the Office of the President
• A selected event requested by the Vice President for Institutional Advancement involving University donors
• A special event hosted or sponsored by a Vice President on the Senior Leadership Team on behalf of the President
• An event hosted by the Board of Trustees
• A selected major University-wide event
• Groundbreaking, naming and dedication event
